Shipping policy

Shipping Within India

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
• Deliveries may require a signature, so ensure someone is available at the provided address.
• Incomplete/incorrect addresses may lead to delivery delays. If we can’t reach you after 3 attempts, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered in 3–7 business days (may vary due to location or external delays).

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders.
• COD orders incur an additional ₹49 fee.

Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be emailed/SMS once shipped. Check status via your account or the carrier’s link.
• For delays or issues, contact hello@rebirk.in.

Failed Deliveries

• If unattended, the package may be left at your door or a nearby center.
• After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned (additional fees apply for reshipping/address changes).
